For over 70s
£6 per day includes freshly cooked lunch

11 am to 12 noon Morning session
12-1pm Lunch
1.30-2.30pm Afternoon session

Transport to the centre is generally available

We offer a relaxed social atmosphere, and organised activities in both morning and afternoon sessions each weekday.
There is a Knitting club each Monday and Book Club and Tai Chi each Thursday morning for those who wish to take part.
The other main regular activities are:
Crosswords, Wordsearch, Word games, Quizzes
Bingo, Number puzzles, Board games
A wide variety of arts and handicrafts
These are scheduled on a rolling programme, so that someone attending on one or two days a week will get a variety from week to week.

At least three times a week we have special entertainments or outings.
