Do you have furniture or goods you no longer need, or are you looking for an item but can’t afford to buy it? Our furniture and goods recycling service, Second Time Around, might have the answer and it's free to both the donor and the new owner.
We deliver and collect donated goods within the Borough of Merton and accept new or good-as-new:
Furniture, homewares, toys & children’s items, fridges, washing machines.
We work quickly with our partner organisations to match donated goods with local people who need them, but do not have the means to buy them.
By donating your good quality items to the Wimbledon Guild you’re not only helping the planet, but someone much closer to your home too.
The Second Time Around project’s top 5 requests are:
Smaller donated goods and clothing may also go to our charity shop in Mitcham.
All beds, chairs and sofas must carry the fire resistant label.
Donations of good as new clothing, accessories and bric a brac may also be delivered directly to our headquarters at Guild House.
