Housing Divison

In 1992, The Wimbledon Guild received 51 dwellings from the Wimbledon Housing Association, with the proviso that the rights of the existing tenants be maintained.

The Wimbledon Housing Association had itself been an offshoot of the Guild, founded in 1920's, with the aim of providing low cost housing to those in need. (History)

The properties are situated throughout Wimbledon, and range from one bedroom to three bedroom flats.

The housing stock has given the Guild an added dimension to its work, now being able to combine social work support with accommodation.

It is supervised by a separate committee and managed by Bells Chartered Surveyors. Its tenants are from diverse range of backgrounds, circumstances and ages.

The Housing stock is small and there are very few vacancies. However if you do have any enquires please contact the Social Welfare department on 020 8946 0735 or email info@wimbledonguild.co.uk.
