Commission for Social Care Inspection - Inspection Report Summary.
(This is an overview of the inspector’s findings, which includes good practice, quality issues, areas to be addressed or developed and any other concerns.)

This announced inspection was carried out over the course of one day. The inspector spoke to six service users, two visitors, one relative, the manager, the registered person, two nurses, two care assista nts and one domestic. Three relatives/visitors comments cards were received by the inspector which indicated that they feel welcome at the home, that they can visit in private, that they are kept informed and involved in decision making and that there are sufficient staff on duty at the home.

  The relatives/visitors comment cards also indicated that details of forthcoming inspections are made available, that the individuals are aware of how to make a complaint and that they are satisfied with the overall care provided at the home.
