Are you over 65 and looking for a relaxed day with good company, interesting and fun activities and a great, freshly prepared lunch?  Why not come to our Social Centre and see for yourself, on one of our free “taster” days. You’ll get a warm welcome from Alice, our manager and her excellent team.

The Social Centre is centrally located in Wimbledon at Guild House, just along from the road from Sainsbury’s on Worple Road. We can pick you up and drop you back home if necessary.

Throughout each month the team organises activities, which include entertainment from local schools, drama, dance and music groups. Guest speakers, visits to museums and places such as Kew Gardens make the Social Centre a busy and exciting place.

Each September, we host a musical extravaganza event for our visitors and other guests with the help and support of many of our talented volunteers and friends.

Through our Social Centre we support independent, healthy living and social interaction among older people in the community.

The Social Centre is open Monday to Friday 10.00am – 3.00pm and costs £8 each day.

Lunch Club

If you’d just like to come along for lunch, you could join our Lunch Club which gives you the opportunity to meet friends or make some new ones.  The Lunch Club is £4.50 per weekday and lunch is served at 12 noon.
