Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body.

It is a great discipline to learn and perfect for those who have been inactive and are looking to improve their fitness levels. 

According to the NHS, there are many benefits for those who practice Tai Chi in later life including:

  • Improved posture, balance and general mobility 
  • Increased muscle strength in the legs
  • Reduce the risk of falls
  • Improve mobility in the ankles, hips and knees in people with rheumatoid arthritis
