Assertiveness and Boundaries | Free 6-Week Course for people of Black and / or Asian heritage

Thursday  14.30-16.00 WG Morden

In this course, you’ll explore your relationship with assertiveness and boundaries as part of a small, closed group. Develop skills to advocate for yourself in everyday life, whether it’s communicating your needs in relationships or accessing healthcare.

Open to people of Black and/or Asian heritage aged 18+ who live, work or study in Merton.

The 6-week course takes place on Thursdays from 2.30-4pm at WG Morden, 3-4 Crown Parade, Crown Lane, SM4 5DA on the following dates: 

  • 15th October
  • 22nd October
  • 29th October
  • 5th November
  • 12th November
  • 19th November

Please note: this is not a drop-in course. Spaces are limited and group members will need to commit to all 6 sessions.
