Activities for over 50's to help improve physical health and great opportunities for you to continue learning and make new friends.

"Since attending exercise classes at Wimbledon Guild, my fitness has improved, made my daily life better and I am able to walk my daughter's dogs with ease. It has also been fun to meet and enjoy the classes with new friends."

It is recommended that you consult your GP before taking up a new exercise regime. When you attend a new class you should advise the instructor or leader of the group that this is your first visit.

Always make sure you have a god supply of water nearby when exercising.
