Office Manager

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Wimbledon Guild is a dynamic local charity with a proud heritage, dedicated to providing support from the heart of the community for local people in the London Borough of Merton. Wimbledon Guild is more than just a place, it’s a real community where everyone belongs. The pandemic has highlighted the importance of our work and last year we supported over 4,000 people across the London Borough of Merton.

Reporting to the Head of Finance and Resources, this full-time post supports the whole of the organisation to achieve its goals. The Office Manager role is essential to the smooth running of Wimbledon Guild - making sure that our team has the facilities and resources they need to support our community. 

As Office Manager you'll be responsible for providing an excellent facilities management service for Wimbledon Guild’s head office (based at Guild House) and the community hall (based at Drake House). This includes line management responsibility for our Reception Administrators.

The Office Manager has responsibility for making sure that the organisation meets Health & Safety and The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) regulations, as well as managing contracts with suppliers and contractors, and setting and meeting budget expectations.
