Wendy Pridmore, Wimbledon Guild Chief Executive, announces retirement

After 14 years of dedicated leadership Wendy Pridmore has announced that she will be retiring at the end of the year.
Wendy has led the charity through a period of significant growth and change, strengthening support for our local community and ensuring Wimbledon Guild remains responsive to increasing need.
A new Chief Executive will take up the role at a pivotal time, as demand for our services continues to rise. They will also oversee our return to Wimbledon Guild’s newly refurbished building on Worple Road in early 2027.
Wendy said: “I’ve found my role immensely rewarding and am incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved during my time at Wimbledon Guild. It’s now time for someone else to take on the privilege of leading this inspiring organisation, working alongside a dedicated team to support our community. Although I will no longer be directly involved, Wimbledon Guild will always hold a special place in my heart.”
