Be kind to yourself

Our dramatherapist Vaughan show you a box of objects he’s created that prompt him to do kind things for himself.

Kindness is the theme of this year's Mental Health Awareness Week. Kindness to self and others promotes mental wellbeing; but so often we forget to perform acts of self-kindness. Vaughan Titheridge, Dramatherapist in our Talking Therapies Department, has produced this video demonstrating a box of objects he’s created that prompt him to do kind things for himself.
