Our yoga class is suitable for all adults and is one of our most popular classes for overall mental and physical well-being. 

This class is seated, there is no mat work.

Our instructor Alpa takes you through this ancient form of exercise that targets strength, flexibility and breathing to enhance physical and mental well-being.

A very balanced class that is suitable for all levels including absolute beginners.

Booking essential as places are limited.
