If you’re looking to rebuild or improve your fitness levels (without getting on the floor) then this is the class for you!
Our class instructor, Christine, has over 20 years’ experience as well as a Level 4 qualification in BACPR in cardio rehab and postural stability (Falls Prevention).
She uses proven exercises (based on the latest research into ageing) to improve your resilience, posture and strength to help prevent falls. You’ll also use resistance bands to build your strength and flexibility.
The class is great for both your physical and mental health, with lots of fun thrown in along the way!
