Gently explore nature in Wimbledon, using mindfulness to enhance appreciation for your surroundings. Each Tuesday in August, we’ll meet at Drake House and take a mindful stroll and try a brief mindfulness practice. No experience of mindfulness necessary. Walks won’t be too strenuous but you do need to be able to walk without help.
