Free Online or Telephone Counselling

If it’s hard for you to attend in-person sessions, we’re here to help. Our counsellors can offer support for:

  • Anyone living with a long‑term health condition
  • People who are housebound or who struggle to leave home
  • Carers

Counselling provides space to talk, reflect, and understand your experiences, supporting you as you work towards a better understanding of yourself.

Sessions will be with a qualified Wimbledon Guild Counsellor who has expertise of working with clients from similar backgrounds.

This service is for people who

  • Have a long‑term health condition and/or are housebound or struggle to leave the house and/or are carers
  • Are over 18
  • Live, work or study in Merton
  • Need help with mild to moderate mental health issues
  • Can attend weekly sessions at the same day and time

Some people need more support than this service can offer. Click here for more information about who we're unable to help.
