Currently we’re in need of:

Our Charity Shop in Mitcham

We rely on our fantastic team of volunteers who help run our Charity shop in Fair Green, Mitcham, to raise awareness and funds for Wimbledon Guild.

We have spaces for a number of volunteers throughout the week to join us. You can get involved in many aspects of running the shop - from sorting stock or preparing items for sale, to working on the tills or helping customers. We also have volunteers who bring their specialist skills and knowledge to help us.

Activities Assistants

Can you help share a skill, interest or hobby with people in our services? Our Activities programme delivers over 120 sessions a week, and currently our amazing team needs volunteers for:

  • All Things Italian (Weds AM)
  • Games Session (Thurs PM)
  • Men’s Space (Fri AM)

You will be part of Wimbledon Guild’s volunteer team helping to improve older people’s lives in Merton. You will normally volunteer alongside one or two other volunteers and the Activity Team Leader.

Whilst you are here...

...we need your help. Did you know, demand for our welfare services increased by 13% last year with over 2,000 people turning to us for help in their time of need? Demand continues to grow as times get tougher and budgets are cut for many services across the borough. Help us to continue this vital support. For as little as £5 you can support us, just click on the Donate button below. Thank you.
