We take self-referrals only although you may also be supported to refer yourself by your GP or other agency.

How to access our Talking therapies services

  • We take referrals by phone between 10am - 12.30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday only
  • When you first call us, our admin team will ask you a few questions on the phone to make sure we are the right service for you
  • Once you have been completed this 10 minute call, an initial consultation will be booked with a counsellor/therapist
  • When you attend your first appointment the counsellor/therapist will assess and discuss with you which of our services are most likely to be right for you

We have appointments throughout the day and evening and our office is open during these times:

Monday - Thursday 9am - 10pm

Friday 9am - 8pm

Saturday 9am - 2pm

Charges

We aim to make our Talking Therapies services affordable and subsidise them, charging a sliding scale of charitable rates. We charge from the assessment onwards with the cost of this first appointment being non-refundable.
