The details
The raffle will run for one month from Friday 1st August 2025.
The raffle closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 31st August 2025.
Winners will be selected by random electronic draw and will be notified on Monday 1st September 2025.
Terms and Conditions
Restrictions: Entry is only open to residents of the United Kingdom. Tickets are not for sale to or by anyone under 18 years of age. If anyone is found to be under 18 they will automatically forfeit their right to a prize.
The cost of each ticket entry into the Mayor’s Summer Raffle is £1. You can buy as many tickets as you’d like; there is no maximum limit.
Online or telephone payments for raffle tickets by credit card are not permitted. Payments by debit card are accepted.
Prizes: The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Draw date: Entry closes on 31st August 2025. The draw takes place on 1st September 2025.
The draw: All entries to the raffle are entered into a random electronic draw.
The first number drawn wins the first prize, the second wins the second prize, and so on until all 12 prizes are assigned a winner. There are no rollovers.
The result of the raffle draw is final.
Notification of winners: Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw date and a list of winners will be available on our website www.wimbledonguild.co.uk/raffle.
Whilst every effort will be made to contact winners, if we are unable to make contact within 90 days of the draw, excess prize funds will be used to fund Wimbledon Guild’s work.
We reserve the right to use winners' names for promotional purposes, such as ‘Mrs Smith from Mitcham’.
Late entries: Any money received after the draw close date will be treated as a donation to help fund our work — thank you.
Wimbledon Guild is registered with the Fundraising Regulator.
Wimbledon Guild is licensed by Merton Council Lottery License.
