Regular exercise helps improve your mood, sleeping patterns and increases your energy levels. It’s also one of the things you can do to reduce the risk of dementia and helps keep your mind active. We should all aim to be physically active every day. Any activity is better than none, and 30 minutes of moderate activity a day can almost halve your risk of getting depression.

Every year, we provide financial and emotional support to over 2,000 people in our local community. Since Covid-19 that number has increased, and as well as helping our existing clients, we’re now also providing urgent support to hundreds more local people whose lives and livelihoods have been impacted by the pandemic.
