Merton Moves is here to help you adopt a more physically active lifestyle. Regular physical activity is key to healthy ageing, and it's never too late to start! 

Merton Moves is an initiative from Wimbledon Guild and Merton Council to help people aged 60+ with a physical condition stay active. 

On this webpage, you'll find tips and advice on your journey to better health. You'll also find information on why an active lifestyle is so important to your physical and mental health, and your independence.

Always talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise programme and, once you do, start slowly and carefully.
