Assertiveness and Boundaries | Free 6-week course

Thursday   WG Morden

Learning to become more assertive and establishing boundaries can positively impact all areas of our lives. Register for this 6-week course to develop skills to advocate for yourself in daily life, whether it’s communicating your needs in relationships or accessing healthcare.

This course is open to people of Black and/or Asian heritage aged 18 or above and living, working, or studying in Merton.

The 6-week course takes place on Thursdays from 2.30-4pm at WG Morden, SM4 5DA on the following dates: 

  • 13th November,
  • 20th November,
  • 27th November,
  • 4th December,
  • 11th December, and
  • 18th December

Please note: this is not a drop-in course. You need to contact us in advance if you'd like to attend.

The course facilitator will have experience of working with people of Black and Asian heritage but may not identify as being from that group.
