Creative Support Group

When words are hard to find, art in all its forms can be a safe and empowering way to express how we’re feeling.
Led by an experienced art therapist, this group is for people dealing with mental health difficulties, chronic illness, loss or other challenging life experiences.
Group members can develop personal sketchbooks or journals, with the possibility of working towards an exhibition for those interested.
No experience is necessary and all materials will be provided.
