We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/ Administrator to work at our office in Wimbledon.
Part Time Receptionist/Administrator (Community Services)
Hours: Monday-Friday approx. 22.5 to 25 hours per week (to be agreed, preferably 9.30 to 2.30pm)
Salary: (Pro Rata- Approx £15,000 for 22.5 hrs pw)
A temporary role for 1 year, with possibility of extension

Interview date: Interviews will take place in person in our Wimbledon office on 17th June 2021.
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/ Administrator to work at our office in Wimbledon providing a warm welcome, accurate information and connection to services. You will be the first port of call for all clients contacting Wimbledon Guild or the Merton Community Hub, which we provide jointly with Age UK Merton. You will also provide a professional reception service to visitors and carry out general administrative functions
You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, confident and articulate, and able to provide a professional service to both internal and external customers. You will be confident in use of Microsoft applications. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to provide cover when required.
You will be able to respond professionally to a very varied range of callers, including people with communication difficulties or those in distress. You will be able to explore the nature of the query raised by callers and willing to develop a good knowledge of services in Merton so you can signpost people effectively.
