Assertiveness and Boundaries | Free 6-week course

Thursday WG Morden
Learning to become more assertive and establishing boundaries can positively impact all areas of our lives. Register for this 6-week course to develop skills to advocate for yourself in daily life, whether it’s communicating your needs in relationships or accessing healthcare.
This course is open to refugees and people seeking asylum aged 18 or above and living, working, or studying in Merton. The course will be delivered in English.
The 6-week course takes place on Thursdays from 2.30-4pm at WG Morden, SM4 5DA on the following dates:
- 12th February,
- 19th February,
- 26th February,
- 5th March,
- 12th March and
- 19th March
Please note: this is not a drop-in course. You need to contact us in advance if you'd like to attend.
The course facilitator will have experience of working with refugees and people seeking asylum but may not identify as being from that group.
