Community Response Hub

The Merton COVID-19 Community Response Hub is a partnership between Age UK Merton, Merton Connected (formally MVSC) and Wimbledon Guild. It was set up in March 2020 to help isolated households and those at risk from COVID-19.

Are you isolated, at risk from COVID-19 and need help with any of the following?

  • Support with shopping and basic supplies
  • Access to prescription and medication
  • Telephone befriending
  • Advice and practical help to stay active
  • Support to stay independent at home

We need your help...

Every year, we provide financial and emotional support to over 2,000 people in our local community. Since Covid-19 that number has increased, and as well as helping our existing clients, we’re now also providing urgent support to hundreds more local people whose lives and livelihoods have been impacted by the pandemic.
